- General Information This website is operated by Malvy Jewelry. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Malvy Jewelry. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Products and Descriptions All our jewelry pieces are handmade. We make every effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Orders and Payments All prices are listed in euros (€). Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.
- Shipping We currently ship worldwide from Belgium. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal service.
- Returns and Exchanges We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free for customers in the EU. To start a return, please contact us at malvyjewelry@gmail.com .
- Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Intellectual Property All photos, designs, and descriptions on this site are the property of Malvy Jewelry. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
- Privacy Your personal information is used only to process orders and improve your experience. We never share your data with third parties except for shipping and payment processing.
- Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
