Shipping policy

1. Processing Time All orders are handmade and prepared with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time We ship worldwide from Belgium Estimated delivery times: • Belgium & EU: 3–7 business days • UK & Switzerland: 5–10 business days • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive your tracking link within 5 days, please contact us at [insert your shop email]. 

4. Customs and Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Malvy Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures. 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when applicable. 

6. Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
